The other computers in my home network are unable to find
the printer attached to the computer running Windows XP
Home. All the computers can share files. The printer
shows up on the computer it is attached to as part of the
network.

The other computers are running Windows ME and Windows
98. Yes, I did allow the printer to be shared. I
installed the additional drivers for Windows ME and
Windows 98 on the computer the printer is attached to.

Nothing I have been able to find in the knowledge base
suggests anyone else has ever had a problem with this.

Make sure that the printer's share name isn't longer than 12
characters. If it is, ME and 98 won't be able to see it.
