Unable to share database

Vista business, Office 2007, BCM 2007, SBS 2003.

For the life of me I cannot share the database with another member of staff,
all I keep getting is "The operation has failed, and please try again"
Nothing in the logs, and hardly a descriptive error.

We are currently have SBS2K3 pre R2, so we have not got round to installing
the Express SQL yet, as we wanted to share data at a basic level for the
moment.

Are you trying to share a database that resides on Vista or SBS2K3?
