I am having the same issue...i have emailed microsoft 3 times over the past
2
weeks with no response? Why? All I need is the hotfix so I can schedule a
task. I have Windows XP SP2. Please email me the hotfix so I can schedule
my tasks...

I've managed to get both problems sorted with the .net Framewprk 1.1 SP1
update and by using the TweakUI V2.00 For Windows XP
