I have tried numerous times on changing my paging file.
When I boot my computer I receive a message that the
paging file is low and windows is increasing memory,
nothing happens. I have ran msconfig diagnostics and
appears everything is ok. What could cause this issue?

P.S.

I recently physically moved my pc.

Hi, Mike.

HOW have you tried to change your page file?

In WinXP, go to System Properties | Advanced | Performance Settings |
Advanced. Click the Change button at the bottom of the screen. On the
Change page, you have several options to manage the file yourself, but I've
always let WinXP manage it and have had no problems. Just select the drive
you want to use; choose System managed file for this one and No paging file
for all the others, remembering to click Set for each one.
