Hi,

I am completely stuck and need some help, I am using Outlook XP but for some
reason am unable to send emails when I select someone from the address book.
If I type in the full email address manually then it will send with no
problems, but if I select that same person from the address book the email
is returned with the error message:

"None of your email accounts could send to this recipient"

I have tried deleting the entry from the address book and then entering
again, but no luck at all. This happens for every email address that I try.
I use a small LAN and send via "PostCast Server" but also tried sending
directly through my ISP's outgoing server (connected PC direct to the
internet) I don't have this problem on any of the other PC's and am stuck as
to what else to try . I have also checked that the option under Contacts for
"Show this folder as an e-mail address book" is checked. About the only
thing I have not yet tried is to reinstall Outlook, but would prefer that to
be a last resort.

If anyone needs any more information let me know (not sure what else to
provide)

Thanks in advance,
Ian

Not yet, is it possible that this current one has somehow become corrupted?
I will try creating a new profile Monday and post back the results.

Thanks for the reply.

Either that or the autocompletion/autoresolution cache.
Creating a new profile will correct both.
