This is usually caused by your default email client not being set properly -

You post using OE so I'll assume you want to use OE to email the page/link.

To set Outlook as the default mail client,- Go to Start, Run - Type in the
following with quotation marks and press OK
"C:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe" /checkclient

Also, have you tried Start | Set Program Access and Defaults?
