It said all that without any punctuation? Hard to believe.

This message comes up when I am trying to send an email.

problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

"SMTP" is not a valid server name. Your email account provider should have
the required info on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, then someone can probably
assist.

Neither is "POP3" a valid incoming mail server name . . . . . what is the
part of your email address after the @ symbol?
