Having problems sending a PP presentation via email to recipient. An error
occured pops up with no explanation

I'm confused. Your subject line says "unable to send file to receipient,
send button not present," but your message body doesn't mention the Send
button at all.

So, without further details, it certainly sounds like a problem with your
email, not necessarily with PowerPoint.

Have you closed and saved the PPT file, then typed a new email and added the
PPT file as an attachment? That's probably the most reliable way to send a
PPT file. (Unless you opt to zip it first -- that's also pretty reliable.)

Hi,

Did your presentation have a big file size? If did, sending the
presentation via email often encounters such problem.

If there are many pictures and audios in your presentation, you should
send the presentation and pictures, audios together. Otherwise,
pictures and audios cannot be shown on the presentation. So if your
want to send such presentation, you should convert your presentation
to Flash or other formats to reduce it's file size and make the
elements embed to the presentation.

Try to convert your PP presentation to Flash and then send the Flash
to recipient, you will not have such problems.
By the way, there are some useful information about the conversion
work, hope it helps.
