unable to send email

I created a new email account in my windows mail. I already have one acct. I
just added another it will receive but not send. I unchecked ssl in both
boxes still nothing
 
For what reason did you uncheck SSL? You must use whatever settings
your particular mail provider specifies, not somebody else's mail provider.

Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
