Unable to see and work with All options in tools menu

Numerous problems:
Home page no longer at my default.
Tools - Options (menu limited here)
Unable to change home page.
Unable to delete temp files
Unit running slow

Windows 2000
Ver 6.0

Any help will be appreciated.

Run A-Virus and A-Trojan scans and one or more A-Syware/adware/BHO
tools like SpyBot perhaps.

You likely have a Browser Hijacker on the system (or something
similar).
