Unable to save to CD Drive

Hi

I am unable to save directly to a CD from Word/Powerpoint/Excel. When I try
to save, a message displays "Incorrect function - Unable to save to D drive.
See your administrator for access to this folder"

I would be grateful if you could let me know how I solve this problem.

You need packet writing software to do this such as Nero's InCD or Roxio's
Drag To Disk.
 
You cannot directly save to CD. Save to hard disk then copy to CD. If you want to
use CD like floppy (i.e. save/modify directly), then use a Packet writing
software. Examples :InCD(nero) and Roxio Drag to Disk (Roxio). But, packet writing
software is not recommended if :
1. You want to share this CD to many peoples.
2. This work is important.

Or, even better, CDBurnerXP Pro which will do everything those two will
do and is FREE

I thought it did - maybe I'm mistaken. Possibly previous versions did,
the latest doesn't seem to......
