Unable to save free/busy information

I get an error in outlook 2003 when trying to create a new appointment
saying unable to save free/busy information. It is connected to exchange
2003 sp2. This just started after moving to a new exchange server. I have
already ran the /cleanfreebusy switch, which then comes up with unable to
clean your free/busy information. I have this for 13 of my 125 users, they
were all part of the same mailbox store on exchange. Any one know how I can
correct this? Please help!!

Verify that they can connect to the public store on which the free/busy
folder has a replica. Check their setting for default public folder server
in their mailbox store's settings. Consider using a mailbox store policy to
ensure consistent configuration of this setting acrosss all mailbox stores.
 
They have no problem connecting to the public folder, and the default public
folder is listed correctly.
