Unable to run ipconfig

Have SP2 installed. No warnings showing in device manager.

What exactly happens when you run ipconfig?

Some things to try:

1. Open a command prompt window, type this command, and reboot:

netsh winsock reset

2. Download and run Winsock XP Fix, then reboot:

3. Un-install and re-install the NIC.
