I recently upgraded to Outlook 2007 and am now unable to see free/busy time
for others. I was able to see availability prior to my upgrade, adn I can see
free/busy time when I connect through Webmail. I have checked all settings
and they are identical to what I had on 2003, and are identical to other
users but still no luck. Any ideas?

is everyone on outlook 2007 and the same exchange server? What version of
exchange? Was it upgraded at the time outlook was upgraded?

Yes, everyone is on Outlook 2007, and the same exchange server. They are on
exchange server 2007, SP 1.

I upgraded my Outlook client well after the 2007 exchange server was
upgraded. Other users do not have the same issue I do, and they upgraded
their Outlook client after the server upgrade as well.

Again, the strange part is that I am able to see free/busy time when I
access via Webmail, and so the IS support area says its on my client
installation, not their server setup.

Go to file, data file management - is the mailbox or ost set as the default
or a pst?

That means the mailbox is default so Free/busy should work - it won't work
correctly if a pst is default. Did you try making a new profile?

yes, I deleted my profile and readded it. I also have a profile to another
mailbox and I deleted it, and readded as well. I can't see free/busy on
either profile.

I can go on the company's portal and access Outlook client on their machine.
Both profiles work correctly there, just not on my local Outlook. I am
baffled

I am having this exact same problem. I was migrated to a new server and
upgraded to Outlook 2007 at the same time. I can access free/busy data on
webmail but not on the client. I have also tried setting up a profile on a
brad new computer with the same results.

Please advise
