I'm new to DNS. I have entered my company's domain on our
DNS server (Domain.org). We have our company's web server
hosted by an outside ISP (Domain.org). The problem that I
am encountering is my users are unable to resolve our
company's web address using our internal DNS. What entry
must I make on my DNS so that it realizes the address
www.Domain.org is not an internal address?

Hi Andre,
If you are not using a Proxy server then you should creeate the HOST
record "www" on your internal server with the IP address of the external
Web Server. These are the types of problems you are going to run into
when you make your internal and external domain space the same. This is
not a recommended configuration, but you can make it work.

In the local DNS zone for domain.org create a new host named www give it the
IP of the external website. You may have to run ipconfig /flushdns at first
to get it to resolve since negative answers are cached.
