Unable to reset web settings

When I try to Tools - Internet Options - Programs - Reset
WEB Settings..., I get a message "Unable to Reset Web
Settings."

I'm run spybot, but I still can't reset. Any ideas for me?

Reinstalling IE 6 from MS website fixed problem.

I wouldn't have been able to try to reset web settings.

I get a pop-up box with the message "Unable to reset web
settings" after I try to reset the web settings.
