Unable to remove win fax client

Installing XP Home, message reads "remove windows fax
client". I've been told that I need to
delete "fxsclnt.exe", but cannot find it. Any ideas would
be appreciated.

How about going control panel, add/remove program,
add/remove windows program, untick the fax services

Tried that, but no fax services listed. Now at wits end.
