Unable to remove folder from Synch Manager

After our server was replaced and the replacement was
named differently, the synchronization manager still wants
to synch with the old server and I'm unable to remove it
from the list.

Any ideas on how to remove it from the synch manager. The
original server is nolonger available and am therefore
unable to unshare the folders.
