unable to read and open email

Well... at least you're consistent.... nothing posted in this one here
either. No operating system info, program info, mail client info, if you
misplaced your letter opener and need help finding it, need a new eyeglasses
prescription, haven't gotten past the a-b-c's,..... Nothin'. :-)
 
He'll get it right on his 3rd attempt!
