Unable to Quit Microsoft Access ACC97

When I close the Access application it minimizes without generating an
errors.

Can someone assist me in solving this roadblock?

I'm using the code "How to Prevent Use of the Mouse Wheel to Scrol
Through Records in a Form." (Base Article 308636)

The code work great throughout the database except this one particula
form. I do believe I have some code behind a command button that'
preventing it from terminating Access properly. I can't figure ou
where though??? I'm manipulating recordsets behind this comman
button...I even tried to close the recordsets at the end of the cod
but that didn't work either.

Can someone take a look at my code...maybe the flow of the code i
causing the problem. I'll send the code once I've been contacted.
