unable to publish

Using FP2002 Turkish version,
when i try to upload my files by using the path
ftp://www.cottonland.com.tr (which i do not want to use,
cause it breaks Fp extentions) there is no problem, that
i can see my files on the left and right side of the
publishing window.

But when i try to use the path
http://www.cottonland.com.tr as usual; windowsXP prompts
me as "your virtual memory is to low...etc." and exits
FP. I checked my virtual memory settings and it seems
nothing wrong.

Anyone has an idea about this ?
