unable to print

Hi, hope this is posted in the right place. I have just changed broadband provider from aol to sky and now am unable to print from the internet or my email. Sky say they have not heard of this problem although the person on the help line did try and help. One of her colleagues suggested it may be a html problem. anybody got any ideas, thanks

Open the browser Internet explorer FF etc: >go to tools> Internet options>advanced> scroll to PRINTING Check the box print background colour etc: > save/apply. See if that works?
 
AOL is horible piece of software, it infests everything.

Can you print a word doc etc?

Have you tried reinstalling your print drivers?
 
Thanks V R I am able to print from word and can print from pictures. I reinstalled the printer yesterday and the test page prints perfectly from control panel.
