Unable to print

I added a new computer to my router which apparently took over my system. I
have now unhooked that computer but my win 2000 machine will not print to
the network printer hooked to another machine.

It says ready when I highlight it in printers, but will not print. Other
machines on the Linksys sr41 cable/router will however.

HELP ME PLEASE

Not without a lot more details. Can the system with the printer be
seen by the system that won't print in network neighborhood?
