Unable to Print to Network Printers after Update

Does anyone know if there is a bug in the kbid 8148043
update. I used to be able to print to my networked XP
computers from my Windows 2000 laptop, but now I can't
connect. Should I uninstall the update?

I've checked the firewall. It's open.

Firewall is enabled, and per the website you have me I
opened the ports. Still not working.
