Unable to Preview in Browser

I am creating a new website using FP 2002 SP3.
When I select 'Display in Browser' focus is moved to an instance of IE7 but
the page is not displayed. Any ideas welcomed.

It is interesting that if I manually open the page in IE7 it displays it
correctly but not when called from within FrontPage.

What do you see in the browser? Does it say page cannot be displayed?
