unable to open video to edit

I had to reinstall all my software on my computer. I am trying to open some
older video files in Adobe Premiere Elements and in Muvee Autoproducer 6. It
seems I can capture video in Muvee autoproducer, but when I try to open it up
at a later time, the program hangs. Same problem for Adobe. Both programs can
open photos, but video is a problem. It must be a systematic thing to affect
both programs. Ironically, I don't have this problem with Nero. Did something
not get installed that should have?

Microsoft Office Pro database program named Microsoft Access - not for general
computer problems.

Try reposting in a newsgroup for your version of Windows.
