UNABLE TO OPEN THE FREE/BUSY INFORMATION

WE RECENTLY ESTABLISHED A NEW OFFICE RUNNING OUTLOOK
2003. WE GAVE ALL OUR ADMIN STAFF EDITOR RIGHTS TO
MANAGEMENTS CALENDARS. THE CALENDAR PROCESS WILL NOT
WORK WITH ONE OF THE FIVE MANAGERS. WHENEVER WE TRY AND
UPDATE AN ITEM IN CALENDAR WE GET THE FOLLOWING
ERROR "UNABLE TO OPEN THE FREE/BUSY INFORMATION"

THE OTHER FOUR MANAGERS CALENDARS WORK FINE, JUST THIS
ONE. ANY SUGGESTIONS?????
 
Try starting that user's copy of Outlook once with the /CleanFreeBusy
switch. If you need help using Outlook command line switches, look here:
