Unable to open RRAS columns.

When RRAS is opened on two Servers (Mainserver and Backupserver) I cannot
expand the columns to see:
Network Interfaces
Remote Access Clients
Ports
IP Routing
Remote Access Policies
Remote Access Logging.

I have opened Server Status "View Add/Remove Columns" and they are all in
the Displayed Columns area.

I can only see Routing and Remote Access.

servername (local)

I have found the reason for this behaviour, it has to do with a service
configuration.
My next chore is to find out how the service change occured.
I am the only one who has Administrative privileges on these boxes.
