Unable to open psp files

I cannot open psp. files saved on hard disk. "Open With" leads to list of programs on which PSP7 is not included. How do I add PSP7 to this list?

Go here and download the trial version of Paint Shop Pro 8. It's free for
60 days and they usually don't "disable" it for 90 days. It will open all
your PSP
files and you may want to keep it as it is a great paint program. Good luck.
