Unable to open new and created appointments

I read the previous suggestions posted below in previous bulletins... but no
success. When I double click on the new appointment tab or on previously
created appointments, I am not able to open the appointment. When I try to
right-click on a created appointment I don't see a menu list either.
 
And what were those previous suggestions?
