Unable to open Help file

I'm unable to open Help and System Info files. Don't know whether Windows XP - Help file damaged or what could have lead to such problem. I didn't touch any of those files. Except unable to open the Help file, there's no other problem. I'm able to boot as well as work on the computer.

Let me add, it's not only XP Help file, but none of the other Help files are opening. Can someone help me urgently, Please
