Unable to open Hard Drive

I'am unable to access one of my hd's keep getting error message not
accessable.

Is it showing up in the BIOS correctly?

If you right click on My Computer and select Manage... and on the next
screen select Disk Management, does it show up on the right hand side of the
screen, and if so what does XP report about it?

It states it's active and healthy,but under prop. I have a security tab.
