unable to open free/busy information

This person is a delegate to her attorney's calendar as Editor. She cannot
enter anything on to the calendar and gets this message above. I re-set the
permissions but every time the attorney logs off and back on, the permissions
do not stay
 
I'm also having the same problem so if anyone has the fix please let me know
