Is this an MDE database? If so, you can't open Forms, Reports, or Modules in
Design View. Has security been applied to the database? If so, you may not
have permissions to view design. If you would be somewhat more specific as
to what is happening, then someone might be able to be more specific with
their help -- "unable to open..." doesn't tell us very much about the
symptoms that might help us diagnose the problem.
If a question is adequately framed, and it is something that is "knowable"
and "answerable", someone usually answers within minutes of it appearing in
the newsgroup and being disseminated to people's newsreaders.
