Unable to open file

I deleted a file from access and paid to have it
recovered but I cant open it . I have it on cd bur I get
a message that says unreconized file ntfs. The help
screen says link it or import it but I cant ..Please
help??????????????

if you paid to have it recovered, i'd suggest you go back to the
person/company you paid to remedy the situation. you're a dissatisfied
customer, and your complaint should be addressed by the vendor.

NTSF is a file system like FAT16 and FAT32. Call your vendor and have
them send you
the file in a file format that matches your system. My guess would be FAT32.
