What would cause me not to be able to open my mailbox on a
particular PC? My guess is that the outlook files on that
PC are corrupted since it works on others, but
uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix it. Does the
registry need to be cleaned or some other files need to be
manually removed? Help!

Steve,

What is the exact text of the error message you receive on this machine?

What version of Windows are you using on this machine?

What version of Outlook/Exchange are you using?

Are you using a VPN connection?

Thanks,

I'm getting this 3rd party, but something to the effect of
can't authenticate to the global address list. I believe
the exchange profile was redone, but should we also kill
the user login profile and get rid of all the settings for
that user?

what errors are you getting? did you try making a new profile?
