Unable to Open/Design/Preview/Print Reports

I'm looking to know if anyone else has encounted this error or know of how to
fix the problem. This is only happening on one machine running Office 2003.

Problem started and I've been unable to find the cause of the error.

Tried to resolve by reinstalling Office. Did not work. Formatted Hard Drive
and complete installation. Still have the same problem.

Macro error creates a table with the message
Object Name Object Type Failure Reason Time
rptPayment1st Report Could not open the object 02/11/2004 07:42:47 AM

Can someone give advice about how to resolve this. This is happening only on
one pc & others are able to work with the reports without any errors.
 
all PCs have a default printer

Other Office and Windows on the problem PC can print but not Access.

will not print or preview print of anything in Access

Any other advice you can give would be helpful
 
Any idea why Access would not see the windows default printer?

I've changed the settings so that MS Access sees a specific printer (which
is the default printer for the PC) then able to do everything again with the
reports.
