unable to open default e-mail folders.

When I try to open Outlook, I get an error message:

"Unable to open your default email folders. An unexpected error has
occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll. Be
sure the device is correctly installed and configured."

Then the program just shut down. I can't even get into Outlook to check
anything. It just shuts down.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
