Hi, after having bought a PC with Windows XP professional
in English here in Tokyo I have problems, because my
attachments from Outlook Express 6 never come as real
attachments. They are always included into the text, even
if I choose "Insert as Attachment".
This causes many people most people (not all!) not to be
able to open my attachments, what is difficult for me,
because I am running a ballet company, and people have to
be able to open always my programs in their attachments.
Some people cannot open it, even if they run PCs with the
same operating system in the States, some can open it,
even if they have older programs of explorer...
I think the feature has problems on my PC. What can I do
to repair it?
In the "help" of Outlook express there is one option
to "repair". The only CD I got when I bought the CD is
the Windows XP professional CD. It is written, that I
only can use it to reinstall...
What should I do if this feature of "repair" asks me to
put the Windows 2000 CD in, which has the program on it.
Or what is the problem I am having?
Thanks for helping me!
