i have create a new user on the server but when i go to logon to a network client it is unable to find the user on the server database.

Does the ipconfig/all on the workstation show that everything is pointing to
the server-IP? How about the eventlogs?

All ipconfig/all are all pointing to the server.

Any errormessages? Can you login from that workstation as another user?
