unable to log on

hi
i have already add a computer to domain,when i log on the
domain use the account 'administrator' of the domain
controler on the computer.it failed,when i use the
account 'administrator' of the computer log on the local
computer,view the event log:
Source:Userenv
EventID:1000
Desciption:Windows cannot unload your registry file,if you
have a roaming profile,your setting are not
replicated.contact your administrator
DETAIL:-Access is denied.Build number[[2195]]
any help would be greatly appreciated

You get that error when you logoff as a user, because some other process is
still holding the users profile. What message you are getting when you logon
to your computer using domain administrator ? You can try to logon using
administrator@yourdnsdomainname (UPN notation).

apears "applying your personal setting",and "saving your
setting",then come back to "press ctrl+alt+del to begin"
any ideas?
