unable to log in to windows xp media

The computer is a compac preserio with windows xp media addition, and when it
is turn on it immediately goes tot he admistratorsign in screen and asks for
a user name (no password) . The computer has not done this in the past and I
do not know of an administrater account ever being set up.
How can I by sign in if I do not know the user name, and or how can I by
pass this screen so that I can access the computer and set up a user account

The Welcome screen log on will be shown if there is two user accounts
created (administrator excluded.) It is not well know that when you
install the .NET Frameworks, a new user accout ASP.NET is created.
Get Powertoys for XP and in Logon section, un-check all the accounts
you do not want to show up.
