I have a new laptop with XP Pro, with all the latest
upgrades, service packs, etc. When I click a link to
listen to any ESPN radio show, a window opens that
attempts to "LOADING PLAYER". After 20 - 30 seconds I get
the message "We are unable to load the tuner at this
time." I have uninstalled and installed IE and it did not
change anything. It doesn't seem to be a technical issue
with the Internet, our LAN, or ESPN because I can connect
my old laptop (Windows 2000) to the same network, at the
same time, open the tuner, and listen without any
problems. When the tuner works properly, the heading at
the top of the window says "ESPN Radio Tuner v4.1.1 -
Microsoft Internet Explorer". My Windows Media Player
works just fine and I don't think this issue involves WMP
or any other "player", but I don't know that for a fact.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
