Unable to load SQL Server ODBC driver resource DLL

I have just installed a new Windows 2000 update and keep
getting the error message below appearing every few
seconds:

Unable to load SQL Server ODBC driver resource DLL

Anyone know how what might have happened and how I can get
rid of this?
 
What update did you install that is causing the error message?
