Unable to load Scanner

I have just had Windows Xp installed on my PC. I have an
AGFA SNAPSCAN 1212u and I get a notice that Windows XP is
unable to instal. Can anyone help???
 
Ian;
Go to the manufacturers website and download the latest Windows XP
drivers for the scanner.
