Unable to launch Outlook 2007 HELP!!!

I am only able to launch outlook in safe mode. I have tried the following:

* scan pst
* reinstalled sw
* reset folders
* turned off anti virus
* created new profile
* pointed to a different pst file

the program splash page appears then nothing happens....

I have been using outlook for years and I have not encountered this issue before.

Can someone please help me??

Well, at least I would try to save my emails, just in case.

There are third party tools that could help you. PST Walker can view and recover:
-Microsoft Outlook .pst
-Microsoft Exchange .ost
-Microsoft Outlook Express .dbx

With the above mentioned, along with another tool (Msg2Pst), you can even:
-read corrupted PST or OST files
-identify and convert data from the PST or OST to MSG (Outlook Message Format)
-save the results to several new PST files

Save your messages at least... Whatever happens, your messages need to stay safe!!

I went back into my startup folder and turned on a few things that were turned off in startup and it seemed to fix the problem!
