Unable to launch "Customize Outlook Today"

I have tried to launch the cutomize outlook today in order
to add and arrange the items I have on the layout, but it
just sits there and does nothing. As I it's a button to
no where.

I am running 2000 with SP3 and Exchange 5.5.

Any suggestions?

Google search on "cannot Customize Outlook Today" gives *7,200* hits.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've answered this TODAY. Does NO-ONE read
any posts AT ALL?

Apparently... I've answered it quite a few times as well
lately. This question has been a while but is coming back
again.
