Unable to internet connect with FireFox

I have Firefox installed as a second internet browser. MSN is the primary.
When I launch Firefox it does not connect. In Windows Firewall Exceptions, I
have Mozilla Firefox selected. I have the same problem with Internet Explorer

Do you have Firefox and IE properly configured, as per the instructions
provided by your Internet Service Provider? The two browsers won't
automatically or magically know how to connect.
