unable to install network shared printer

hello,
W98SE workstation is sharing HP4100 printer. It is unable to install it on
Vistas.
Error 0x00000866
any suggestions?

but today, after two days:
Spooler subsystem app has encountered a problem and was closed (due to Data
Execution Prevention) .. and no printer works at all.
 
and it is impossible to disable DEP for spolsv.exe spolss.dll

this not work on my printer minolta page pro 1300

According to Microsoft, "If User Account Control is disabled on the
computer, you cannot install a network printer successfully. This problem
occurs if the network printer is hosted by a Windows XP-based or a Windows
Server 2003-based computer". Microsoft has a update may fix it.
