"Unable to Install KB924191"

I'm running W-2000/pro. Recently the "updates are
available" icon appeared, and I downloaded KB924191. When
told it had been downloaded and was ready to install, I
clicked on install now, using the Express Mode.

Minutes later a screen appeared saying "Unable to Install
KB924191".

I have repeated this three times, same result.

In reading about KB924191 I see that it is intended for,
among other configurations, W-2000 with SP-4. How can I
determine if I have SP-4 installed? I have regularly
installed all the MS suggested updates, except those for
games and sound which I don't use.

Any insight/suggestions appreciated.

There was an issue with 924191 and three days later another KB was issued.
